Earrings are fun with these beads, but I wanted to explore other ways to use them, especially with wire. I came up with the gentle arc on 18 gauge wire for the focal, embellished with the beautiful silk ribbon.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1

For your focal, you will essentially be making a large wire wrapped bead link. Cut 5" of 18 gauge wire, wrap a loop at one end then string on your beads. Once you have strung on your 4 beads, finish off your link with another wire wrapped loop. Be sure to make your loops around 6mm.

Step 2

Tie the end of your ribbon onto one of your link ends. At the other end end when you have decided on the length of your necklace, tie on the clasp hook.
