Slide the Fairy Ribbon onto your chosen length of 20 gauge wire. Wrap the ends of the ribbon with 24 gauge wire so it doesn't come undone.
Every 1-2" wrap 24 gauge wire around the Frame & the fairy ribbon, slide on 3-5 crystals, and wrap the other end around the frame.
