Fairy Ribbon & Crystal Halo
About this design:
The crystal bead links on this fairy ribbon halo really make it sparkle, and would make a great accessory for your flower girl!

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1: Slide the Fairy Ribbon onto your chosen length of 20 gauge wire. Wrap the ends of the ribbon with 24 gauge wire so it doesn't come undone. |

Step 2: Every 1-2" wrap 24 gauge wire around the Frame & the fairy ribbon, slide on 3-5 crystals, and wrap the other end around the frame. |
