I created this focal necklace by simply attaching small pieces of chain to this chevron link, and the ring chain I used works great for attaching charms to.
Cut small pieces of chain and attach them to the chevron focal with a jump rings. The lengths I used range from .5" to 1.5", with the longer pieces in the middle of the focal.
Attach a 2" piece of the ring chain to both sides of the chevron focal. Next, attach a 2" piece of the bead chain to the ring chain, and then another 3" piece of ring chain onto the bead chain.
Attach the mini spike charms to the ring chain with jump rings. Finish with a lobster clasp & jump ring.
