This week I wanted to make something beach-y and colorful, so I thought it would be fun to mix a bunch of my favorite beads & shells to create a unique, long-length necklace. This design is also great if you have extra beads left over from other designs that you're not sure what to do with.

Supplies you’ll need:

  • Wire (20 or 22 and 24 gauge)
  • Round Nose Pliers
  • Cowrie Shells
  • Assorted Beads (see below for all of the beads I used)

Make bead links with the beads & shells. Connect them directly to each other. I used 20 gauge wire for everything except for the cowrie shells, for which I used 24 gauge wire.
