Abalone Beach Necklace

For this design, I made a focal using this U-Shaped pendant, Abalone Rounds, and a turquoise spike. This is one of my favorite color combinations, and I especially love how each of the Abalone beads are a bit different- it adds another level of uniqueness to the necklace.

Supplies you’ll need:

Gold Chain
Gold Jump Rings
Turquoise Spike Focal
Gold 22 Gauge Wire
Super Glue
Round Nose Pliers
Gold U-Shaped Focal
Czech glass Rondelles
Abalone 4.5mm Rounds

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1

Wrap a piece of wire around the loop at the top of the U-focal.

Step 2

Slide on 5 abalone rounds, the turquoise spike, and 5 more rounds. Loop the wire around the other end. I put a small drop of glue at the base of the turquoise point to keep it from swinging around, but this is optional.
