For these budget friendly statement earrings, I made clusters of Czech glass bead charms and attached a pearl heart to the bottom for the perfect Valentines Day accessory!

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1

Use the headpins & Czech glass to make the bead charms- I ended up making about 25 per earring, but you can add more or less depending on how full you'd like the cluster to look.

Step 2

Cut a piece of chain a little less than 1" long. Attach jump rings holding 2-3 bead charms along the chain. Make a bead charm with the pearl heart & attach to the bottom of the chain with a jump ring. Attach a jump ring to the top of the chain and slide an earwire onto the jump ring. I also attached some of the bead charms to this jump ring as well.
