These Mother of Pearl letter charms make it so easy to create a custom piece of jewelry-perfect for gift giving! For this design, I paired the letter charms with gemstones, seed beads, and leather cord to create a personalized necklace.
Begin with a piece of beading wire about 4.5" long. Make a loop at one end & secure with a crimp tube & cover. Slide on the beads in the order shown. I used 6mm round jump rings to attach the letter charms. Once you've strung on your beads, make a loop at the other end of the wire & secure with a crimp tube & cover.
Slide the end of a 10" piece of leather cord through the loop of the beading wire about 1/4". Wrap wire around the two pieces of cord to secure. Repeat on the other side of the necklace.
Finish the ends with glue-in cord ends.
