Coastal Catch Earrings
About this design:
These beachy styles are ready for vacay! Adorable Czech glass shells are the perfect size for embellishing earrings.
What you’ll need: (buy products below)
You will need Czech glass scallops and murex shells, 1 ft of microsuede, 2 Czech glass rings, 24 gauge wire, jump rings, ear wire, 2 headpins, 2 eye pins, and rattan coin focal.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1: Ring & Scallop Earrings: Satr with sliding the scallop beads onto a head pins to create your bead charms. Follow the tip below to create a bead charm. See Tip: Wire Wrap a Charm |

Step 2: Cut two 2" pieces of wire and two 3" pieces of microsuede. Loop the microsuede around the Czech glass ring and create a loop. |
|
Step 3: Start wrapping a piece of wire around the base of the microsuede loop. |
|
Step 4: Trim off the excess wire and cord. Now you can open the loop on your earwire and attach the earring you made. |
|
Step 5: Finished earring. |

Step 6: Czech Glass Murex Shell & Rattan Earrings: I just took my round nose pliers and stuck on end through the rattan about an 1/8" down to make a clear hole for my jump ring. Slde the shell bead onto a head pin and create a loop at the top. Now you can attach your jump rings and ear wire. See Tip: Wire Wrap a Charm |

Crystal Canary says:The new Czech shell beads will be wonderful for summer & beachy designs! I can ‘feel’ the sunshine when I look at these. Summer can’t get here soon enough–feeling weighed down with jackets & heavy sweaters, and I’m ready to pack them away!
