Chai Earrings

About this design:

Our tiny Star of David charms are perfect with the Chai charms in these delicate earrings. Glass beads add a bright pop of color!

What you’ll need: (buy products below)

2 Chai Charm 2 Angular Hook Ear Wire w/3mm SS Bead 2 Sm Star of David Charm
4 Talavera Star 5mm Bead Cap
2 Eye Pin 22ga 2"
2 Czech Glass Cube 6mm Bead, translucent blue

Tools:

chain nose pliers (2) round nose pliers wire cutters

Skill Level: Beginner

Finished Size: Approx. 2.25"

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1:
Onto one eye pin string one bead cap, one glass bead, and one bead cap. Bend wire over at right angle at top of bead cap. Use wire cutters to trim to about 1/2", then use round nose pliers to form a large simple loop (about 5/16" in diameter). Use 2 pair of pliers to align the loops.
Step 2:
Open smaller loop of bead link and attach to one charm. Close loop.
Step 3:
Open larger loop at other end and attach to bottom of one Star of David charm. Close loop.
Step 4:
Open loop of one ear wire and attach at top of Star of David charm. Close loop.
Step 5:
Repeat Steps 1-4 for second earring.
