Flower Pot Earrings

Project details:

Create a collection of your favorite flowers. Go ahead and get creative with these, there are so many ways to make these. I used African glass bellflowers and a Czech glass bicone for the pots. You could also use Czech glass bellflowers or roller beads as well.

Supplies you’ll need:

Czech glass hibiscus flowers in 2 sizes (7mm & 12mm)
3" head pins
11/0 seed beads
11/0 Miyuki delicas (green)
1.5" head pins
Czech glass bicones
African glass bellflowers (you may need a spacer bead on the head pin first, the hole sizes of the bellflower vary in size.)

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1

Use the 1.5" head pins to create your little leaf charms first, you will need 4 of these. On the bigger flower my leaf had 4 beads and 2 for the smaller leaves. Create a loop at the top of the head pin and wrap the wire around the base of the loop once or twice then trim.

Step 2

Slide the beads & leaf charms onto the head pin as shown. Remember the African bellflower may need a spare bead on the bottom because the hole size may be too big for the head pin.

Step 3

Finish the top of the head by creating a loop at the top and wrapping the wire around the base of the loop once or twice then trim. Open the leverback loop and attach the flower pots.
