The first time I looked at the Czech hearts I immediately saw them as cherries. These kitsch earrings are easy to make with just a few components.
Slide a heart onto the head pin. Create a loop at the top using pliers or a looper tool.
Cut a 5" piece of wire. Slide it through a leaf. Twist the wires together to center them at the top of the leaf. You can trim one wire tail off or keep both. Use plier to create a loop and wrap the wire around the base of the loop. Trim any excess wire.
Take a tube of seed beads, marker or the top of a nail polish bottle and slightly bend the head pin with the heart on it over the tube. This will give a natural curve to your cherry stem.
Open the ear wire loop attach the leaf then the cherry head pin. Close the loop.
