These beach-glam display of gold shell charms with elegant pearls that have a sea turtle and some fish tagging along for the ride.
For the gold shell charm necklace. I cut the rollo chain to the length where you would want the shells to hang on your neck. My total necklace length with clasp is 18". Use the 6mm jump rings to attach the charms. I started at the center and hung a charm on every sixth chain link. Use a 4mm jump ring to attach the cuffed lobster clasp.
For the turtle necklace I cut 24" of knotting cord. Slide the beads on in the order shown. This necklace should be a length of 16".
These images show an example from a different design using the same technique to tie on a toggle clasp. Image 1: Attach the toggle clasp by sliding the cord through the toggle loop. Image 2: Bring the cord end through the loop again. Image 3: Wrap the short cord around the loop and main cord 3 times and through the loop. Image 4: Pull the cord to tighten the knot. Trim off the short cord and use a lighter to slightly burn the knot to seal it. Do the same on the other side.
For the fish necklace. Cut the chain to fit your neck. This is the shortest layer. Open an 8mm jump ring with pliers. Slide the fish charms onto the jump ring. Attach the jump ring to the cenet of the chain. Use jump ring to attach the snap clasp.
