Slide a pearl onto a head pin and create a loop at the top with round-nose pliers or a looper tool.

Cut the sari to your desired length. Slide on the bail tube. Attach the mermaid and pearl charm with jump rings to the bail loop. Tie the hook and eye onto each end of the sari silk to finish.
