This soft pink heart necklace is simply styled for effortless wear every day of the week. The rose pink Linhasita cord enhances the pink beads in the necklace.
Cut 26" of Linhasita cord. My necklace is about 17.5" long when finished, including the clasp. String the beads on in the order shown.
Slide on a crimp tube, then a wire protector, and back through the crimp tube. Push the tube up to the bottom of the cord/wire protector.
Use your fingers or pliers to push the wire protector end in. Use crimping pliers to crimp the crimp tube. Image 1: Thread the cord tail onto the needle. Thread the cord through 2-3 beads. Image 2: Trim the cord.
Repeat Step 3 on the opposite side. The only thing I did differently on this side was to crimp the tube after feeding the cord through a few beads. Attach the jump rings and toggle clasp to the ends.
Cut an 8-inch piece of Linhasita cord. Fold the cord in half. Feed both tails down through a beach glass round and the heart.
Flip the heart towards the back of the necklace. The loop should be placed in the center of the necklace under the beads.
Image 1: Bring the heart and glass round over the necklace and down through the loop. Image 2: Pull to tighten the cord around the necklace.
Tie a few knots at the bottom to secure the heart. Trim the linhasita cord and fray it or embellish as you wish.
