Slide a moon coin onto an eye pin. Use the looper tool to create a loop on the eye pin end. You can use round-nose pliers to create a loop if you do not have the looper tool.

Slide a star bead onto a head pin and create a loop. Slide a Czech glass fire-polished round onto an eye pin. Create a loop on the end. Attach the moon to the crescent link with a jump ring. Attach a jump ring to the moon coin loop, then attach the star to the jump ring with another jump ring. Attach the star with a jump ring to the first jump ring of the star. Attach the fire-polished round with a jump ring to the bottom moon face coin loop. Use a jump ring to attach the crescent link to the ear post.
