Supplies you’ll need:

2 Lampwork witch hats
Czech glass star
Miyuki seed bead mix
ear wire
head pins
Miyuki 3mm spacer beads
2 acetate stick drops
2 tassels -24 gauge wire
super glue
jump rings

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1

Slide a spacer bead onto the headpin, then the witch hat. Slide on another spacer bead. Use round-nose pliers to create a spiral with the headpin wire. Slide on the seed beads, then add a star at the end. Use round-nose pliers to create a loop at the end to hold the beads in place. Attach the earring to the ear wire.

Step 2

Snip off the tassel's jump ring using a pair of wire cutters. Glue the tassel to the acetate stick about 1/2" up from the end on a side without holes.

Step 3

Cut a 5" piece of wire. Start wrapping the wire around the tassel to cover up the gray binding. Once you have wrapped around enough, slide a star onto the wire so the star is on the front of the broom. Wrap the wire around a couple more times. Trim the wire and add a few dots of super glue so it stays in place and won't poke you. Attach the broom to the earwire using jump rings.
