Bohemian Sun Necklace

I've been really looking forward to creating something with these great new African Brass pieces- they add a unique focal element to any design. Lately I've been liking this color combination of oranges & blues, but the brass is a fun compliment to any color combination!
Supplies you’ll need:
- Assorted African Brass Pieces
- African Zigzag Barrel Bead
- Hyacinth & Vanilla African Trade Beads
- Beading Wire
- Gold Czech Glass Spacers
- Brass Disc Chain
- Brass Wire
- Turquoise 11/0 Seed Beads
- Turquoise Spike Focals
- White Tassels
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Step 3
link a 1.75" piece of wire around one end of the triple disc bead. Slide on the turquoise beads, the orange beads, the gold spacers & the 4 bead links from step 2 in the order shown in the picture & attach the other end to the other triple disc bead.
Step 4
Make 4 bead links with the blue rounds. Attach them directly to the bead links from step 2. Attach a 3" piece of brass disc chain to each end of the triple disc bead.
Step 6
Slide on an orange bead, white bead, brass disc, another white bead, orange bead, brass tie, orange bead, and another white bead. make a small loop at the bottom & secure with a crimp. Attach a white tassel to the loop.
Step 7
Loop a 19" piece of beading wire through the top of the triple disc brass bead & secure with a crimp tube.
Step 8
Slide the beads onto both strands in the order shown in the picture. Make a loop at the end & secure with a crimp. Repeat on the other side of the necklace.
