I imagine myself wearing these earrings with a sundress or tank top this summer. These earrings are approximately 3" in length, you could use less seed beads to shorten the length.
You will need 2 walnut wood leaf focals, seed beads (I used 4 colors in 11/0 and 6/0), ear wire, and 21-24 gauge wire.
First cut 3" wire then create a loop. Wrap the extra wire around the loop.
Add your beads onto the wire in the order you wish. Repeat step 1 to the end,
Attach your jump ring to the leaf, then attach the bead link you've made to the jump ring.
I just wrapped a little bit of hemp around and knotted it tight. You could add a little glue for durability. I wrapped the hemp around just above the jump ring.
