I was playing around with different beads that could be a hat for my snowman and decided upon this bead cap. I added a little pom pom to the top and it looks like a hat I would use at home on my snowman:)
Recommended tool: wire cutters & round nose pliers
Slide the beads onto the silver head pin in the order shown. Create a loop at the top and wrap the wire around twice. Trim any excess wire. Follow the tip below if you need help with this step.

For the arms: Cut the flat end (head) off two head pins. Place the wire just under the first white bead, pull around the bead. Criss-cross the wire ends over each other and pull tight. Take a pair of pliers to curl up the ends.
